What are the conditions for the safe operation of belt scale?

(1) Belt system should be set up manual and automatic interlocking control.

(2) The initial end of the belt system should be equipped with iron and sundries removal facilities.

(3) The belt should be installed on the emergency stop device, the slope of the belt should be anti-reversal device.

(4) The chute of the belt head should be equipped with anti-slip facilities.

(5) The corresponding inspection personnel of belt system must be trained and qualified.

(6) The belt should be equipped with automatic deviation correction and cleaning devices, the head, tail and tensioning device should have protective facilities, the coupling should have protective cover, steel baffle plate should be set on both sides of the belt frame operation area.
