Otherwise, if the level difference of each base plate is too large, it is difficult to balance the force of each weighing sensor during debugging; If the base plate is not horizontal, the force line of the weighing sensor will deviate from its axis and easily make it rotate along the axis.
The force of weighing sensor is not balanced, so that the force of some weighing sensor is too large or too small, too large will shorten the service life of weighing sensor, but also make the linear error of automobile scale measurement performance is not good. When the force line deviates from the axis of the weighing sensor, the linear error of its measurement performance will become larger, and it is easy to cause fatigue damage, especially for the rocking column weighing sensor with a shrinking neck. In use, if the weighing sensor rotates along the axis, it will make the stability of the measurement performance of the truck is not good. The installation position of the base plate should be initially located according to the size requirements of the truck scale installation drawings.
